It’s that time time of year of again! We’re excited for summertime here at Auxo Medical because we get to welcome a new group of awesome qualified students to the family. We’re so excited to introduce the newest members of the Auxo team participating in our internship program during the 2018 Summer.
These two students are working hard and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects here at Auxo Medical. We’ve asked the interns to answer a few questions in order to get to know them a little more. Without further ado, please welcome the Summer 2o18 interns! Learn about them below.
Name: Gloria Wright
College/University: VCU marketing with a concentration in product and brand management. Class of 2020
Position: Marketing Intern
Daily duties: Using Salesforce to manage products, creating listings on eBay, working on WordPress – creating digital ads and newsletters
Favorite part of the internship:
My favorite part is being able to gain experience and use my creativity in my position
What she hopes to gain from the experience:
I hope to gain digital marketing to market products and brands better
Career goals:
I want to obtain a MBA and make a significant impact on the company I work for
What she does in her spare time:
I love traveling, going to the gym, yoga and spending time with my family.
Name: Nathan Tran
College/University: Currently studying Biomedical Engineering at VCU. Graduating in Spring 2019
Position: Biomedical Technician Intern
Daily duties: Equipment repair, preventative maintenance quality assurance
Favorite part of the internship:
My favorite part is the friendly environment
What he hopes to gain from the experience:
I would like gain better technical skills
Career goals:
My ultimate goal design new biomed equipment.
What he does in his spare time:
I enjoy going outdoors and spending time with family
