Warranties are typically 1 year parts and labor. In some cases, warranties are shorter or are parts only.

What kind of service plans are available for my sterile processing equipment?
We have several basic plans but can customize a plan to suit your needs. Our basic plans are:
Alpha Plans: The Alpha service plan is our highest maintenance and repair program. It offers the customer complete coverage with fixed investment.
Beta Plans: The Beta service plan is a more comprehensive program that allows the customer higher levels of service and a more predictable service investment.
Gamma Plans: The Gamma service plan is a labor only maintenance program that provides scheduled service. Delta Plus coverage also includes unscheduled service calls.
Delta Plans: The Delta service plan ensures higher levels of equipment reliability with a more moderate investment.
Can we order parts from Auxo?
Definitely, we have a wide range of OEM and aftermarket parts available. Contact us to request parts.
My facility does not have a steam available, can I get a sterilizer or washer that makes its own steam?
Yes. Many of our sterilizer and washer options have integral steam boilers. If steam is required for several devices we can also provide free standing boilers.
We need inspections of our biomedical equipment to be completed annually, is this a service that you provide?
We provide a wide range of biomedical services. From inspections, calibrations, check-ins, etc. Please contact us for your specific needs.
Is refurbished equipment safe and reliable?
Our refurbished equipment is returned to “Like New” condition. Unlike many providers that just clean the equipment and send it out, we put our equipment through thorough testing and usually comes with a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
What is the difference between “Used” and Refurbished?
It is easy to purchase used equipment, however you have no real guarantee that the equipment will work properly. Our refurbished equipment is broken down and returned to “Like New” condition with a warranty.
Do you offer installation for your equipment?
Yes, we offer installation on all equipment that we provide.
