How do your efforts on a day to day basis affect customers, and further, help them to help their patients?
I like knowing that when I am on site to fix something that I feel empowered that my knowledge and experience will ultimately get the customer up and running. Like I always say, “If your oven is down your not cooking any food for your customers and the sterilizers and washers are like your kitchen of a surgery center!”
What do you like about working at Auxo Medical?
The fact that every day is completely different and their are new challenges to face. Also I don’t have a “desk job”, I get to visit friends and customers to help fix their issues at their facilities.”

How do your efforts on a day to day basis affect customers, and further, help them to help their patients?
By maintaining their equipment calibrations, and performing preventative maintenance ; we prevent down time and they know the equipment is up to standards. I try to form a working relationship with every customer which helps both them and us during stressful situations.
What do you like about working at Auxo Medical?
No day is ever the same! I could be doing a PM one day and the next day be across the state working on a sterilizer. I am always learning new things ; be it a new process, a more efficient way to approach a problem, or a new item of equipment to work on.
Auxo, as a company, is one of the best employers I have had – I have been treated with respect since day one, by everyone in the company. I enjoy coming to work, knowing that I am appreciated and respected.

How do your efforts on a day to day basis affect customers, and further, help them to help their patients?
Most of my efforts go to ensuring equipment stays running or fixing what is not. By keeping equipment working properly, I help the hospital do what it does best, help people. With the equipment running hearts can be transplanted, bones can be mended, and blood can be drawn, in some small function I help these things to happen.
What do you like about working at Auxo Medical?
What I like most about working at Auxo is that I get the opportunity to help people everyday. Knowing that my expertise is making a change in the lives of others motivates me to do my best work.

How do your efforts on a day to day basis affect customers, and further, help them to help their patients?
Listening and handling customer problems with patience goes a long way in helping customers know that you are delivering effective solutions. Time management is also crucial in service and repair. Our customers want their machines up and running, so it is our job to drive efficiency. Lastly, knowing that putting in the extra effort will come back to patients or research in or at the hospital ten-fold is the driving motivation to put forth excellent service.
What do you like about working at Auxo Medical?
I like that I am constantly presented with new challenges and I am able to use my resources to push myself in areas that I lack confidence in. Consequently, I have learned a lot and the Auxo staff is very talented, has excellent leadership, and everyone is treated with respect.
