The All Stainless 120KW Steam Generator with a 480V three-phase power supply is a high-capacity, industrial-grade steam production system designed for continuous, reliable operation without a feedwater pump, suitable for demanding applications. Constructed entirely from 316 stainless steel—including shell, controls, heating elements, and wetted parts—this generator complies with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and ASME CSD-1 standards, bearing the National Board Stamp “M.” With a maximum vessel volume of 5 ft³, it delivers up to 409 lbs/hr of high-quality saturated steam within an operating pressure range of 0–85 psig, with a safety relief valve set at 100 psi. Features include adjustable pressure controls, manual reset hi-limit controls, flange-mounted heating elements with forged stainless steel flanges, and comprehensive piping that includes solenoid valves, strainers, pressure gauges, check valves, and safety valves. Its outer shell is wrapped in low-chloride fiberglass insulation and encased in a stainless steel jacket for durability. For systems requiring water feed, the SRH model adds a high-pressure water pump. The unit requires a minimum 180A service, with a maximum conductor size of 3×500 MCM, and weighs approximately 795 lbs. Optional accessories include a blowdown cooling tank to maintain low water temperatures.

SR MODELS (SOLENOID WATER FEED) All wetted parts (shell, controls, heating elements, other wetted trim) constructed of 316 series Austenitic Stainless Steel. Equipped with adjustable pressure control and manual reset hi-limit control, heavy duty magnetic contactors, combination low water cut-off and water controller. Heating elements are flange mounted with 150 psi rated forged stainless steel flanges and stainless steel sheathing. Piping includes solenoid valve with strainer, pressure gauge, ASME safety valve, check valve, stop valve, steam outlet valve, water gauge bull’s eye, off-on switch with pilot light. Shell is 316 stainless steel of ASME construction wrapped in 2” certified low chloride fiberglass insulation & encased with 20 ga. Stainless Steel jacket. Stainless steel trim for non-wetted parts available.

SRH MODELS (H.P. PUMP WATER FEED) Includes high pressure feed water pumping system assembled and wired to above & below.
