SR MODELS (SOLENOID WATER FEED) All wetted parts (shell, controls, heating elements, other wetted trim) constructed of 316 series Austenitic Stainless Steel. Equipped with adjustable pressure control and manual reset hi-limit control, heavy duty magnetic contactors, combination low water cut-off and water controller. Heating elements are flange mounted with 150 psi rated forged stainless steel flanges and stainless steel sheathing. Piping includes solenoid valve with strainer, pressure gauge, ASME safety valve, check valve, stop valve, steam outlet valve, water gauge bull’s eye, off-on switch with pilot light. Shell is 316 stainless steel of ASME construction wrapped in 2” certified low chloride fiberglass insulation & encased with 20 ga. Stainless Steel jacket. Stainless steel trim for non-wetted parts available.

PUMP WATER FEED) Includes high pressure feed water pumping system assembled and wired to above & below. • Miniature boiler max. vessel volume 5ft3 • Maximum safety valve setting 100psi • All boilers are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the A.S.M.E. Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and A.S.M.E. CSD‐1. (CRN Available) Each boiler bears the National Board Stamp “M”. • High quality saturated steam, operating pressure range 0 – 85psig

 

ASME (PEB 5.3) requires: ***Boilers constructed of Austenitic Stainless Steel be operated on deionized water only, Having a minimum specific resistivity of 1 megohm/cm * Water Fixture contains lubricant in valve packing.
