The Reimers AR8 is a compact 8kW steam boiler operating at 240V, designed to produce 27.3 lbs/hr of high-quality saturated steam. With a maximum vessel volume of 0.29 ft³ and a safety valve setting of 100psi, this miniature boiler is manufactured in accordance with A.S.M.E. standards and operates within a pressure range of 0-85psig. It features a heavy-duty carbon steel pressure vessel, a 304 stainless steel jacket, and an electrical enclosure. The AR8 comes standard with an A.S.M.E. pressure relief valve, a quick-opening bottom blowoff valve, a bronze steam outlet ball valve, low and high water cutoff controls, an operating pressure control, a magnetic contactor, and indicator lights for operational status. The unit requires a 240V 1ph 33.3A power supply and includes a 3/8″ NPT water feed connection, all within a compact 16″x14.5″x18″ footprint.
