The Reimers SAR 4 kW Stainless Steel Series Electric Steam Boiler (Pump Feed) is a compact, durable steam generator designed for efficient and reliable operation in industrial and medical applications. Constructed with a heavy-duty 316 stainless steel pressure vessel and a 304 stainless steel jacketed electrical enclosure, it complies with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and ASME CSD-1 standards, proudly bearing the National Board Stamp “M.” Capable of producing up to 13.6 lbs/hr of dry, pure saturated steam within a pressure range of 0 to 85 psig, it features a maximum safety valve setting of 100 psi. Standard safety and operational features include an ASME pressure relief valve, quick opening bottom blowoff valve, stainless steel outlet ball valve, low water cutoff with manual reset, high-pressure cutoff, pressure control, magnetic contactor, and indicator lights for power, refilling, heating, and alarms. With a small footprint and robust construction, this boiler ensures safe, consistent steam delivery for demanding processes.
