  • Ambulatory surgery centers
  • Hospitals
  • Laboratories
  • Private physician practices
  • And more clinical and operational care environments that rely on dependable equipment performance

Our role is to bring the expertise to match the right equipment to the right use case, the reliability to build lasting relationships, and the responsiveness to support you when service needs happen.

Our story: from East Coast roots to nationwide service momentum

We began as East Coast Distributors, and later Jay Crabtree purchased the company and changed the name to Auxo Medical. From our headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, we expanded our services and operations so we could support more facilities with a broader, more complete set of solutions.

Over time, we expanded with affiliated operations in states including Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Ohio, while our field service team grew to support hundreds of accounts across more than ten states and a large community of preventive maintenance agreement holders.

Where we work: field service locations and regional support

Our headquarters is in Richmond, Virginia, and we support customers through multiple field service locations across the eastern United States. Our service footprint includes: Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, North Carolina, South Carolina, East Tennessee, Grand Rapids in Michigan, Lexington in Kentucky, Tampa in Florida, Atlanta in Georgia, and Dayton in Ohio serving central and western Ohio.

As part of our continued growth, we expanded further west by opening field service in Dayton, Ohio at the beginning of twenty twenty four—one more step in our ongoing field maintenance and repair expansion throughout the United States.
