Auxo Medical - Your Medical & Lab Equipment Solutions Provider

Your Questions Answered: Discover Auxo Medical’s Comprehensive Medical and Lab Equipment Solutions

At Auxo Medical, we are dedicated to supporting healthcare facilities, laboratories, and specialized industries with reliable medical and lab equipment. Whether you operate a hospital, surgery center, outpatient clinic, dental practice, veterinary clinic, research lab, agricultural operation, aerospace facility, or food processing plant, we provide a wide range of solutions tailored to your needs. Our offerings include both new and refurbished equipment, expert field service, and flexible support options designed to keep your operations running smoothly.

New and Refurbished Medical and Lab Equipment

We specialize in refurbishing essential biomedical equipment such as sterilizers, autoclaves, washer disinfectors, surgical tables, stretchers, beds, lights, warmers, steam generators, and many other critical devices. Each piece undergoes a thorough refurbishment process that returns it to like-new condition, complete with documented procedures provided to every customer. This ensures superior performance and reliability compared to simply purchasing used equipment, which often lacks guarantees. Our refurbished items typically come with a one-year parts and labor warranty, giving you peace of mind that your investment is protected.

In addition to refurbished options, we proudly sell many types and brands of new equipment. Installation is available on all equipment we provide, so you can count on seamless integration into your facility. If your location lacks a central steam supply, we offer sterilizers and washers with integral steam boilers, as well as free-standing boilers when multiple devices require steam.

Financing options are available to make acquiring equipment more accessible and affordable. We also maintain an extensive inventory of OEM and aftermarket parts, making it easy to order exactly what you need. Trade-ins are welcome—simply contact us to discuss equipment you would like to exchange.

Field Maintenance and Repair Services for Medical and Lab Equipment

Our commitment to quality extends to our service capabilities. We serve facilities across Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, East Tennessee, and Central Florida with professional field service. Our team includes technicians holding active AAMI CBET certifications, along with backgrounds in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and welding work. Numerous technicians are factory trained on leading brands, including Steris, Belimed, Primus, and Tuttnauer for sterilizers and washers; Amico and NUVO for surgical lights; GE and Mindray for anesthesia machines; OEC/GE for C-arms and X-ray systems; and Stryker for EMS and transport equipment. Our technicians regularly participate in continuing education to stay current with the latest technologies.

For sterile processing departments, we offer customizable service plans to match your operational requirements and budget. The Alpha plan delivers complete coverage with a fixed investment for maximum protection. The Beta plan provides comprehensive service with predictable costs. The Gamma plan focuses on scheduled labor-only maintenance, with an optional Delta Plus upgrade that includes unscheduled service calls. The Delta plan balances reliability and investment for consistent equipment performance.

We also deliver a full spectrum of biomedical services, including annual inspections, calibrations, and check-ins for your equipment. While we do not service MRI or CT scanners, we provide complete field support for fluoroscopy and X-ray systems such as C-arms, cath labs, and rad rooms.

With roots dating back to 1998, Auxo Medical has built a reputation for excellence in equipment solutions and support. Our goal is to be your trusted partner for new and refurbished medical equipment, reliable parts, professional installation, and expert service that enhances patient care and operational efficiency.

About Auxo Medical: Medical and Lab Equipment Sales, Maintenance, and Repair You Can Trust

When patient care is on the line, equipment reliability is not optional. At Auxo Medical, we help healthcare and life sciences teams stay ready with an all-in-one approach to medical and lab equipment sales, maintenance, and repair—delivered with the personal service you expect from a local partner and the depth you expect from a full-service provider.

Who we are

We are Auxo Medical, and we exist to make equipment ownership simpler, more dependable, and easier to support over the long haul. Our team brings together equipment expertise, responsive field service, and a relationship-first mindset so you can standardize support, reduce downtime, and plan confidently.

We are built around a straightforward promise: deliver the medical equipment and service you need from a company you can trust. That trust is earned through consistency—showing up, communicating clearly, and standing behind our work.

About Auxo Medical - Medical Equipment Sales, Maintenance and RepairWhat we do: sales, maintenance, and repair—together

We are an all-in-one medical equipment solution for sales, maintenance, and repair. Instead of juggling vendors, we help you align purchasing decisions with real-world serviceability, long-term upkeep, and day-to-day reliability.

We provide medical equipment plus repair and maintenance services for environments that cannot afford surprises—supporting clinical and lab teams with the responsiveness and follow-through you expect.

Refurbished and reconditioned equipment you can feel confident buying

We offer refurbished and reconditioned medical equipment with a quality standard we take personally. When your facility chooses refurbished equipment, you should not have to choose between value and confidence—you should get both.

Who we serve

We support a wide range of healthcare and laboratory settings, including:

  • Ambulatory surgery centers
  • Hospitals
  • Laboratories
  • Private physician practices
  • And more clinical and operational care environments that rely on dependable equipment performance

Our role is to bring the expertise to match the right equipment to the right use case, the reliability to build lasting relationships, and the responsiveness to support you when service needs happen.

Our story: from East Coast roots to nationwide service momentum

We began as East Coast Distributors, and later Jay Crabtree purchased the company and changed the name to Auxo Medical. From our headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, we expanded our services and operations so we could support more facilities with a broader, more complete set of solutions.

Over time, we expanded with affiliated operations in states including Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Ohio, while our field service team grew to support hundreds of accounts across more than ten states and a large community of preventive maintenance agreement holders.

Where we work: field service locations and regional support

Our headquarters is in Richmond, Virginia, and we support customers through multiple field service locations across the eastern United States. Our service footprint includes: Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, North Carolina, South Carolina, East Tennessee, Grand Rapids in Michigan, Lexington in Kentucky, Tampa in Florida, Atlanta in Georgia, and Dayton in Ohio serving central and western Ohio.

Independence Day Sale 10% Off Select Items

Our Independence Day Sale is live with 10% off select items currently featured in our Sale category. Active service agreement holders receive an additional 5% off! This promotion ends July 10th, 2026, and orders must be placed by July 10th, 2026 to qualify.

If you’re planning equipment upgrades for an operating room, procedure room, sterile processing department, emergency response cart, or a high-throughput clinic, this is a great window to lock in savings on dependable medical and lab equipment—without sacrificing performance.

What’s included in our Independence Day medical equipment sale

Our Sale category is a rotating mix of new, reconditioned, and refurbished equipment. Some items are available for direct online purchase, while others are quote-based so we can confirm configuration, condition, and logistics before we ship.

Below is a practical sampling of the items currently listed on our Sale page—organized by the types of teams and workflows they support.

Surgical tables, imaging access, and patient positioning

For hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, orthopedic groups, and imaging-heavy procedural suites, surgical tables and imaging tables are foundational. If you’re using a C-arm regularly, table access and positioning efficiency can have a real impact on case flow.

Stretchers and transport: ER, pre-op, PACU, and specialty transport

Busy facilities know the bottleneck isn’t always in the OR—it’s often in transport, intake, and recovery. High-quality stretchers can improve throughput, staff ergonomics, and patient comfort across the whole building.

Patient monitoring and vital signs: bedside care, transport, and perioperative use

Whether you’re supporting general care floors, step-down units, procedure areas, or perioperative monitoring, reliable vital signs and patient monitoring equipment helps clinical teams make faster decisions with more confidence.

Emergency response and defibrillation: clinical readiness that can’t wait

When seconds matter, you want devices that are ready, familiar, and easy to deploy—whether that’s in-hospital response, outpatient environments, or public-access preparedness.

Sterile processing and ultrasonic cleaning: instrument care for SPD/CSSD

If you run a sterile processing department, a GI/endo reprocessing workflow, or a high-volume surgery center, ultrasonic cleaning can be a major lever for consistency, turnaround time, and instrument longevity.

Warming and patient comfort: pre-op, PACU, infusion, and procedure rooms

Warming is about more than comfort—it supports smoother patient experience and helps teams stay consistent with perioperative and procedure room expectations.

Procedure lighting, airway management, and electrosurgery: everyday essentials

From minor procedures to advanced airway management and OR-ready electrosurgical capability, these tools support clinicians across a wide range of departments.

Don’t miss the deadline

This Independence Day Sale ends July 10th, 2026. To receive the discount, orders must be placed by July 10th, 2026. If an item is quote-based, we recommend submitting your quote request as soon as possible so we can help you confirm the right configuration and keep things moving.

Auxo Medical - Your Medical & Lab Equipment Solutions Provider

Your Trusted Partner for Medical Equipment Sales, Service & Repair — Auxo Medical

From new and refurbished equipment sales to emergency biomedical repair, we deliver the solutions healthcare facilities across the East Coast and Midwest count on every day.

Who We Are

At Auxo Medical, we believe that reliable medical equipment shouldn’t be a luxury — it should be a given. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, we are a full-service medical and laboratory equipment company specializing in sales, field service, maintenance, and repair for healthcare facilities of every size. Whether you run a large hospital system, a single-room dental practice, or a veterinary clinic, we have the expertise, inventory, and technical team to keep your operations running smoothly.

Our name, Auxo, comes from the Greek goddess of growth — and that’s exactly what we help our clients do. We grow with you, supporting your facility at every stage with equipment you can trust, service you can depend on, and pricing that respects your budget.

What We Do

We offer a comprehensive range of products and services designed to meet the complex needs of modern healthcare environments. Our capabilities fall into two core categories: equipment sales and technical service.

New & Refurbished Medical Equipment Sales

Finding the right equipment at the right price is one of the biggest challenges healthcare administrators and procurement teams face. We make that process easier by offering both brand-new and professionally refurbished medical and laboratory equipment. Every refurbished unit we sell undergoes rigorous inspection, testing, and reconditioning to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

Our equipment catalog includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sterilizers and autoclaves — tabletop, floor-loading, and large-capacity steam sterilizers for sterile processing departments (SPD/CSSD), dental offices, veterinary clinics, and research laboratories
  • Anesthesia machines and systems — new and refurbished anesthesia delivery systems from leading manufacturers, fully tested and patient-ready
  • Surgical tables and lights — general and specialty surgical tables, examination tables, and overhead surgical lighting systems
  • Patient monitors and vital signs equipment — multiparameter monitors, pulse oximeters, capnography units, and related accessories
  • Imaging equipment — diagnostic imaging systems for clinical and veterinary applications
  • Laboratory equipment — centrifuges, biological safety cabinets, incubators, and other essential lab instruments
  • Washer-disinfectors and ultrasonic cleaners — critical components for instrument reprocessing workflows

By offering refurbished equipment alongside new inventory, we give our clients the flexibility to stretch their capital budgets without compromising on quality or patient safety.

Biomedical Field Service, Maintenance & Repair

Equipment downtime costs more than money — it disrupts patient care, delays procedures, and puts your team under unnecessary stress. That’s why we offer responsive field service and repair across our entire service territory.

Our factory-trained biomedical and sterile processing technicians provide:

  • Preventive maintenance (PM) programs — Scheduled inspections, calibrations, and performance testing to keep your equipment in peak condition and help you maintain regulatory compliance with organizations such as The Joint Commission and CMS
  • Emergency and on-demand repair — When something breaks, we respond quickly. Our team is equipped to diagnose and repair issues on-site, minimizing downtime and keeping your facility operational
  • Installation and decommissioning — Professional installation of new and refurbished equipment, as well as safe removal and decommissioning of end-of-life systems
  • Compliance and documentation support — Detailed service reports and maintenance records that support your accreditation and audit requirements

We service a wide array of equipment types, with particular depth of expertise in:

Industries and Facilities We Serve

One of the things that sets us apart is the breadth of facilities we support. We don’t serve only large hospital systems — although we certainly do that, too. Our client base includes:

  • Hospitals and health systems — from community hospitals to large academic medical centers
  • Ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) — fast-paced surgical environments that require reliable, well-maintained equipment
  • Outpatient clinics and primary care offices — smaller clinical settings that still demand professional-grade equipment and service
  • Dental practices — sterilizers, autoclaves, and infection control equipment tailored to dental workflows
  • Veterinary clinics and animal hospitals — anesthesia, sterilization, and monitoring equipment designed for veterinary applications
  • Laboratories and research facilities — scientific and clinical laboratories that rely on precision instruments
  • Industrial facilities — sterilization and decontamination equipment for industrial and manufacturing applications

No matter the size of your operation, we bring the same commitment to quality, responsiveness, and technical excellence.

Auxo Medical - Your Medical Equipment Solutions Provider

Auxo Medical: Your Solution for Medical Equipment

Healthcare teams depend on reliable equipment to deliver safe, consistent patient care. When a device is down, workflows stall, schedules back up, and clinical outcomes can be put at risk. That’s why we’ve built our approach around more than simply selling equipment—we focus on helping facilities choose the right systems, keep them running, and plan confidently for the future.

At Auxo Medical, we support hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, dental practices, and specialty providers with a complete equipment lifecycle mindset. From selecting new or refurbished devices to installing them properly and maintaining them over time, we aim to be the partner you can call for practical answers and dependable service.

Below is an overview of how we help, organized around the most common needs we hear from healthcare organizations every day.

New Medical Equipment

When you invest in new medical equipment, you’re often balancing performance requirements, budget constraints, space limitations, staff preferences, and compliance needs all at once. We help you evaluate these factors in a structured way so you can move forward with clarity. Our goal is to match equipment capabilities to real-world workflows, not just spec sheets.

We start by learning how your department operates: patient volume, turnaround times, peak periods, staffing patterns, and how equipment moves through the facility. Those details influence what “best fit” means in practice. A device that is technically impressive may still be the wrong choice if it complicates your process, requires uncommon utilities, or creates bottlenecks in a critical area.

We also help you think through standardization. Many facilities benefit from standardizing models or platforms across departments or sites to simplify training, reduce parts complexity, and streamline service. When standardization is practical, we guide you toward options that support consistency without forcing a one-size-fits-all decision where it doesn’t belong.

Procurement and planning can get complicated, especially when new equipment needs to align with renovation timelines, capital budgets, and scheduled downtime windows. We work with your team to coordinate realistic lead times and delivery planning. That includes discussing access paths, staging areas, and any site requirements early—so you don’t discover a constraint after the equipment arrives.

Most importantly, we treat the purchase as the beginning of a relationship, not the end of a transaction. New equipment should come with a plan for installation, staff readiness, and long-term upkeep. We help you prepare for that full lifecycle so the equipment delivers value from day one and continues to perform as expected year after year.

Refurbished Medical Equipment

Refurbished medical equipment can be an excellent option for facilities that want dependable performance while stretching capital dollars further. Many organizations choose refurbished systems to expand capacity, replace an aging device quickly, or equip a secondary location without compromising operational goals. We help you evaluate when refurbished makes sense—and when it doesn’t—based on risk tolerance, clinical requirements, and expected utilization.

At Auxo Medical, we view refurbishment as a quality process, not a label. When we talk about refurbished equipment, the emphasis is on inspection, repair, verification, and readiness for clinical use. The point is to deliver equipment that performs reliably in real workflows, not simply equipment that looks good cosmetically.

We also help you compare total cost of ownership. A lower purchase price is important, but it’s not the only factor. Parts availability, serviceability, training time, and expected lifespan all affect the real value of a refurbished system. We talk through these considerations in plain terms so you can make a decision that holds up after the initial purchase.

Refurbished equipment is especially valuable when timing is critical. If a device fails unexpectedly and a new replacement has long lead times, refurbished options can restore capability faster. We help you explore viable substitutes that meet your functional requirements, and we coordinate next steps so you can get back to treating patients without unnecessary delays.

Finally, we support refurbished purchases with the same seriousness we bring to new equipment planning. That means thinking through delivery logistics, installation needs, and maintenance expectations. If you choose refurbished, we help you implement it responsibly—so it’s a strategic move, not a short-term patch.

Installation

Proper installation is one of the most overlooked factors in equipment performance. Even a high-quality device can underperform if it’s installed without attention to utilities, leveling, calibration, environmental conditions, or workflow integration. We approach installation as a technical and operational process designed to protect your investment and support safe use.

We coordinate with your facility stakeholders—clinical leads, biomed, facilities, and sometimes IT—because installations often touch multiple domains. Power requirements, water quality, ventilation, drainage, networking, and space constraints all matter. By confirming these details in advance, we reduce surprises and help keep your project on schedule.

Our installation mindset also includes safety and compliance. Equipment must be installed according to applicable guidelines, manufacturer requirements, and facility policies. We focus on the practical details that support safe operation: clearances, access for service, safe routing of cables and lines, and verification that the equipment can be used as intended in the space provided.

Once the equipment is in place, we don’t treat “powered on” as the finish line. We emphasize functional verification—checking that the system performs correctly and that key functions align with your use case. That may include ensuring the equipment integrates smoothly into your department’s flow and that staff can access the features they need without workarounds.

Finally, we help your team transition from installation to ownership. That includes reviewing basic care expectations, daily checks where appropriate, and what early warning signs to watch for. A thoughtful handoff reduces avoidable service calls and helps staff feel confident using the equipment right away.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Preventive maintenance is where reliability is built. Waiting until equipment breaks can lead to cancellations, rushed decisions, higher repair costs, and avoidable compliance stress. We design preventive maintenance plans to reduce those risks and keep your equipment operating consistently throughout the year.

At Auxo Medical, we start with an inventory-based approach. Different devices have different maintenance needs, and a meaningful plan reflects that reality. Utilization intensity, environment, and clinical criticality all influence the right schedule. We help you prioritize what must be maintained most rigorously and what can be monitored with a lighter touch.

A good preventive maintenance plan also supports budgeting. When maintenance is planned, you can anticipate costs, schedule downtime at convenient times, and reduce the chance of large unplanned expenses. We work with you to create a practical cadence that fits your operational rhythm—because a plan that’s impossible to execute won’t deliver results.

Documentation matters too. Many healthcare organizations need maintenance records for internal policies, audits, or accreditation preparation. We understand the importance of clean, accessible documentation and structured service records. We focus on making your maintenance history easy to reference, so you can demonstrate that equipment has been cared for appropriately over time.

Preventive maintenance is also an opportunity to spot trends early. Small performance shifts, wear patterns, and recurring alerts can point to larger issues developing. By inspecting, testing, and servicing equipment proactively, we help you address problems before they interrupt patient care—protecting both your schedule and your long-term equipment strategy.

Emergency Repair

Equipment problems rarely happen at convenient times. A malfunction can hit at the start of a clinic day, in the middle of a busy surgical schedule, or right before a critical deadline. We treat emergency repair with urgency because we understand what downtime means to patient access, staff stress, and operational stability.

When you contact us for an emergency repair, we focus first on triage: what is happening, what has changed, and what impact it’s having on your workflow. Some issues can be stabilized quickly, while others require parts, deeper diagnostics, or temporary operational adjustments. Our goal is to move you from uncertainty to a clear plan as fast as possible.

We also prioritize clear communication throughout the process. During an emergency, you need realistic timelines and straightforward options—not vague updates. We aim to keep you informed about what we’re seeing, what we recommend, and what the next decision points are, so you can coordinate internally and set expectations with your team.

Whenever feasible, we look for solutions that restore function quickly without compromising safety. In some cases, that means implementing a safe temporary measure while parts are sourced; in others, it means recommending a more durable fix immediately. We help you evaluate the trade-offs so your response matches the clinical importance of the equipment involved.

After the repair, we don’t simply walk away. We help you understand what likely caused the failure and what can reduce the chance of recurrence. Sometimes that’s a preventive maintenance adjustment, a training refresh, or a small operational change. Emergency repairs can be disruptive, but they can also provide insights that strengthen your equipment reliability moving forward.

Contact Auxo Medical Today

If you’re planning a purchase, replacing aging equipment, or trying to reduce downtime across your facility, we’re ready to help. At Auxo Medical, we make it easy to start with a conversation about your needs, constraints, and timeline. Whether you already know the exact model you want or you’re still sorting through options, we’ll meet you where you are.

We support both one-time equipment needs and longer-term partnerships. Some organizations call us for a single installation or repair. Others work with us to build a more proactive approach through preventive maintenance and lifecycle planning. Either way, we bring the same focus: responsive support, practical recommendations, and respect for the realities of clinical operations.

When you reach out, it helps to share a few basics: the type of facility, the equipment involved, what problem you’re trying to solve, and any scheduling constraints. If it’s a service issue, details like error messages, recent changes, and when the problem began can speed up triage. We’ll guide you through what information is most useful so you don’t have to guess.

We also understand that healthcare teams are busy. That’s why we aim for clear steps, defined responsibilities, and minimal back-and-forth. From coordinating deliveries to planning downtime windows, we work to keep your project organized and predictable. Your staff should be able to focus on patients while we focus on the equipment.

Contact Auxo Medical today to discuss new equipment, refurbished options, installation support, preventive maintenance plans, or emergency repair. We’re here to help you keep your equipment dependable, your workflows efficient, and your patients supported by technology you can trust.

Medical Equipment Brands: The Auxo Medical Advantage

Auxo Medical understands that the backbone of patient care is reliable, proven equipment from trusted brands. Our expansive catalog brings together a diverse set of manufacturers, enabling healthcare facilities—from ambulatory surgery centers to large hospitals—to equip their operations with equipment that meets high standards of safety, performance, and durability. Whether you’re sourcing new devices or refurbishing older assets, Auxo Medical stands ready to help you select, maintain, and optimize the brands that best fit your practice.

Why Brand Partnerships Matter

In healthcare, selecting the right equipment partner is as important as choosing the right devices. Brand partnerships with reputable manufacturers offer several advantages:

  • Access to proven technology from widely used, well-supported brands
  • Confidence in regulatory compliance and safety features
  • Robust service, training, and ongoing support from manufacturers and authorized partners
  • A path to modernization through innovations from trusted names in imaging, anesthesia, monitoring, sterilization, and more

At Auxo Medical, we emphasize these advantages by combining new and refurbished equipment from top brands, ensuring facilities can deliver patient care with equipment that meets or exceeds OEM expectations. Our approach includes aligning with brand leaders to deliver consistent performance, reliability, and peace of mind across your OR, sterile processing, and patient care environments. Our commitment to OEM-equivalent quality is reflected in our ability to provide the same warranty as the original manufacturer on refurbished equipment in many cases.

This combination of new and refurbished options gives facilities flexibility in budgeting and asset lifecycle management.

New and Refurbished Equipment with OEM-Quality Standards

A core differentiator for Auxo Medical is our ability to deliver both new and refurbished equipment that stands up to OEM performance. Refurbished devices are reconditioned by technicians who understand the nuances of biomedical engineering and equipment qualification. The result is assets that perform to manufacturer specifications, with warranties that often reflect the OEM’s coverage. This approach helps facilities stretch capex without compromising patient safety or clinical outcomes.

  • New equipment: Access the latest models from leading brands to support modern workflows.
  • Refurbished equipment: Reconditioned to meet or exceed OEM standards, with warranties designed to provide confidence in performance.
